- Users may cancel their subscription anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
- No refunds will be provided for partially used subscription periods.
- In case of duplicate payment or technical billing error, users may contact support within 7 days for review.
- Platform commission fees on completed transactions are non-refundable.
