Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Subscription fees (monthly plans) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
  2. Users may cancel their subscription anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
  3. No refunds will be provided for partially used subscription periods.
  4. In case of duplicate payment or technical billing error, users may contact support within 7 days for review.
  5. Platform commission fees on completed transactions are non-refundable.
